Be Assured Home Inspections, LLC and Be Assured Builders, LLC, were created by owner/operator Dave Hein as a high-quality and affordable resource for new builds, renovations and inspections in the Lowcountry. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Dave brings twenty years of residential construction experiences from companies such as Pulte Homes, Del Webb, Alair Homes and a prestigious bluffton boutique builder where he has managed the construction of numerous homes. In 2018 Dave became licensed with his residential builders license and created Be Assured Builders to bring true transparency and his years of experincece to the low-country. With the clients goals and specifications in mind we filter through all job costs and quotes to design and plan you next project.
